The Mongolian Mortgage Corporation (MIK) has successfully retained its the ISO 37301:2021 Compliance Management System certification for the second time. The certification was issued by LMS Assessments Limited, an accredited certification body based in the United Kingdom.
MIK was the first organization in Mongolia’s financial sector to implement this international standard in 2023, becoming a pioneer in the industry. Since then, MIK has continuously enhanced its operations in line with international best practices, strengthening its governance, risk management, ethics, and regulatory compliance framework. This certification confirms that MIK’s Compliance Management System fully meets the requirements of ISO 37301:2021 and is being implemented effectively.
ISO 37301 is an internationally recognized standard designed to establish a structured system for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
