In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the establishment and development of Mongolia's construction sector and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Mongolian Mortgage Corporation HFC LLC (MIK), the "Housing Finance" Forum was successfully organized on June 8, 2026, in Ulaanbaatar.
The forum aimed to advance Mongolia’s housing finance system to its next stage of development and introduce international best practices and innovative solutions. The event brought together over 250 local and international guests and dignitaries, including representatives from the public and private sectors, international organizations, and member countries of the Asian Secondary Mortgage Market Association (ASMMA).
During the forum, participants engaged in extensive discussions regarding the current state of housing finance, pressing challenges, future development trends, and opportunities to establish long-term, sustainable funding sources. International experiences and policy solutions were also widely shared.
