During the "Housing Finance" Forum, Mongolian Mortgage Corporation HFC LLC and DBM Asset Management LLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership.
Under the framework of the MoU, the parties will collaborate on the "Ulaanbaatar Green Affordable Housing and Resilient Urban Renewal Sector Project,” which is being implemented with the support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The project aims to build green housing for 5,000 households across 54 hectares of the ger district.
Furthermore, the sides agreed to establish a joint working group dedicated to ensuring the efficient operation of the project fund and refining the criteria and conditions for green mortgage loans.
This collaboration will significantly contribute to strengthening the housing finance system, and diversifying long-term funding sources.
