According to Resolution number 103rd of the 8th of May 2019, the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia has agreed to change the address of “MIK Assurance One-Eighteen SPC” LLC’s to “13th floor, 19th apartment of Peace avenue, 13th khoroolol, 1st khoroo, Sukhbaatar district, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia” in article 1.3.
According to the Resolution of the Financial Regulatory Commission, the amendments to the “MIK Assurance One-Eighteen SPC” LLC have been registered at the Registration office of the General Office of the General Registry office on 16th May 2019 and approved by the Resolution No. 266 of the Financial Regulatory Commission in 2011 “Regulation on registering and issuing certified securities”, in accordance with Article 3 of the “MIK Assurance One-Eighteen SPC” LLC in the lead.
